Our goal at AMI Machining is to be a one-stop source for all of your machining and assembly requirements. We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment required to provide quality control for complete electro-mechanical assembly.
AMI Machining specializes in machining precision components for a variety of industries, including medical, telecommunications, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, aerospace, and defense. We are veteran owned, and ITAR registered.
Some of the measures we take to ensure quality control include:

Our Quality Control Machines
At AMI Machining, we use a broad range of quality control machines to ensure accuracy for the parts and components that we manufacture for our customers. We utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), such as the Zeiss Contura G2 and the Bendix Cordax 1000 to provide robust and precise measurements with computer-aided accuracy for quality machining and manufacturing.
We also use the J&L EPIC 14 optical comparator to inspect manufactured parts and ensure that the dimensions and geometry are accurate. Several varieties of height gauges, including the Tesa's MICRO-HITE and TESA HITE in 14, 24, and 28-inch models, and the Fowler 400 V4 are used to provide an additional step in quality control for machining precision components.
